- Coffee: DIA CAFE offers various coffee blends and related products. Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.
- Merchandise: DIA CAFE also offers merchandise, including but not limited to clothing, mugs, and accessories.
- Availability: Product availability is subject to change without notice. DIA CAFE reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders and Payment
- Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase DIA CAFE products. DIA CAFE reserves the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.
- Pricing: Prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment: Payment is processed through Shopify Payments or other authorized payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales tax or other taxes.
- Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times are provided at checkout. DIA CAFE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for products purchased from DIA CAFE pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds
- Final Sale Policy: All sales are final, except for damaged or incorrect items.
- Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem. Please refer to our return/refund policy for more details.
- Coffee Freshness: Because coffee is a perishable good, DIA CAFE cannot accept returns based on taste preference.
6. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content on the Sites, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of DIA CAFE or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Use Restriction: You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Sites without our express written permission.
