By accessing and using diacoffees.com or seizethedia.com (the "Sites"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree with any part of these TOS, you must not use the Sites. 

2. Products and Services

• Coffee: DIA CAFE offers various coffee blends and related products. Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.
• Merchandise: DIA CAFE also offers merchandise, including but not limited to clothing, mugs, and accessories.
• Availability: Product availability is subject to change without notice. DIA CAFE reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

• Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase DIA CAFE products. DIA CAFE reserves the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.
• Pricing: Prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment: Payment is processed through Shopify Payments or other authorized payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales tax or other taxes.
• Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times are provided at checkout. DIA CAFE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Policy: Please refer to our separate Shipping Policy for detailed information on shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for products purchased from DIA CAFE pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
• Delivery Issues: If you experience delivery issues, please contact us immediately.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Final Sale Policy: All sales are final, except for damaged or incorrect items.
• Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem. Please refer to our return/refund policy for more details.
• Coffee Freshness: Because coffee is a perishable good, DIA CAFE cannot accept returns based on taste preference.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content on the Sites, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of DIA CAFE or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Use Restriction: You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Sites without our express written permission.
