La Morena is an internationally recognized muralist and painter from Glendale, Arizona, of Apache, Pima, and Yaqui descent. Starting her career in 2012, she gained attention through curating local art shows before making her mark at the 2017 "Wall Therapy" mural festival. Her art, deeply rooted in Chicano and Indigenous culture, has been showcased globally, including a monumental mural in Marseille, France, created in 2021. Lucinda is also a passionate advocate for civil rights, working with organizations like the ACLU and LUCHA. She made history as the first Xicana Indigenous female artist honored as Super Bowl LVII Marque Artist.
